We would like to inform you of our Exchange and Return Policy, which has been established in accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Commerce and with your satisfaction and safety in mind.
Product Condition:
The product must be in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, and include all original tags and labels.
Time Frame:
Products may be exchanged or returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products:
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items, such as towels and bathrobes, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customer Preference:
If the exchange or return is requested for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee (SAR 30) as well as any Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable.
Manufacturing Defect or Faulty Product:
If the product has a manufacturing defect or any fault, we will cover all shipping costs. A prepaid shipping label will be provided for the return, and the product will be exchanged at no additional cost.
Refund Process:
Once the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
