We believe you deserve the best value. With our Golden Price Guarantee, if you find the exact same product at a lower price within 14 days of your purchase, we will gladly refund you the price difference.
Who Is Eligible?
The Golden Price Guarantee applies when:
- The product is identical in every aspect, including the brand, model/SKU, color, size, and specifications.
- The lower price is offered by an official and reputable retailer within Saudi Arabia (either an official website or a verified physical store), and not by an individual seller.
- Your request is submitted within 14 days from the purchase date shown on your invoice.
How to Claim the Price Difference
Step 1: Prepare the Required Documents
Please provide:
- Your Bukhamseen Bedding purchase invoice.
- A link to the webpage showing the lower price, along with a clear screenshot displaying the price and, if available, the date of the offer.
Step 2: Contact Customer Service

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and notify you of the outcome.
If your claim is approved, we will refund the price difference either:
- To your original payment method, or
- As Store Credit, according to your preference.
What We Verify
We will confirm that:
- The product is an exact match (not merely a similar item).
- The product is available from the competing retailer in the same condition (new, unused, and in stock).
- The comparison is based on the final payable price, including applicable shipping charges, automatic discounts, and mandatory fees, comparing the total delivered cost whenever shipping is available from both retailers.
Terms & Exclusions
The Golden Price Guarantee does not apply to:
- Limited-quantity promotions.
- Auctions.
- Used or refurbished products.
- Clearance or "last piece" sales.
- Obvious pricing errors.
- Personal coupons, exclusive loyalty rewards, employee discounts, or wholesale pricing.
- Prices offered by individual sellers on marketplace platforms unless they are officially authorized retailers for the brand.
If the comparison involves store pickup while your purchase was delivered (or vice versa), the comparison will be based on the closest equivalent total cost using the same fulfillment method whenever possible.
Only one Golden Price Guarantee request may be submitted per invoice, although multiple eligible products may be included within the same request.
Bukhamseen Bedding reserves the right to approve or reject any request that does not meet the eligibility requirements following an objective review.

✔ The exact same La Maison bedding set (same SKU, color, and size) is offered at a lower price by an official Saudi retailer within 14 days of your purchase.
Not Eligible
✘ The lower-priced item has a different color or size.
✘ The lower price is offered by an individual marketplace seller.
✘ The lower price is available only through a personal coupon or exclusive promotional code.
Processing Time
- Initial response: Within 1–2 business days
- Price difference refund after approval: Up to 5 business days, depending on your payment method.
Refund Method
You may choose to receive the price difference as:
- A refund to your original payment method (credit/debit card, Mada, Tabby, Tamara, etc.), or
- Store Credit that can be used toward any future purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the guarantee apply to public sales and promotions?
Yes. Publicly advertised promotions that are available to everyone qualify, provided the product is identical and in stock. Personal coupons and exclusive loyalty rewards are not eligible.
What if I purchased multiple products but only one is available at a lower price?
Only the eligible product will qualify for a refund of the price difference.
What if Bukhamseen Bedding lowers its own price after I purchase?
If the price of the same product decreases on the Bukhamseen Bedding website within 14 days of your purchase, you may also request a refund of the price difference.
